Do you have specialized or personal display items you bring to each show to make your booth or suite uniquely yours? Or are you attending several shows back-to-back and will be displaying the same merchandise? In both situations D&B Divisions' display storage is a complete solution for dealing with your needs.
Imagine the convenience of having your entire show display packed up at the end of the show, securely stored, and then returned right to your booth or suite at your next show! D&B will pick up your equipment and/or merchandise directly from your booth or suite and securely store them in our New York warehouse. Our rates are based upon the volume and weight of items and boxes you wish to store. [see details below] Then when you need your equipment and/or merchandise, D&B Divisions will deliver it back to you at the next show you attend for no additonal charge.
Your equipment and/or merchandise will avoid the possible damage caused by having to travel with you. D&B Divisions has the experience and care for your items to pack and store them efficiently and safely.
D&B Divisions has secure warehouse space in New York. You'll receive a Storage Delivery Confirmation weeks before your upcoming show so arrangements can be made for its safe delivery. That's all you have to do! Save the cost, and wear and tear, of shipping your items.

How do I get started?

How much is this service?
- Storage Charges (Transportation included in price)
Minimum $25.00 per month
$1.42 per cubic foot for any item under 44 cubic feet OR under 70lbs
$1.62 per cubic foot for any item over 45 cubic feet
$.37 for any item over 71 lbs (this rate determined on size or weight)
Can I have access to my stored items between shows?
- Yes. D&B requires a minimum of 48 hours notice to prior to removal of or access to Exhibit Material. Each time Exhibit Material is accessed, Exhibitor will
be charged a 2-hour minimum for time and materials.
How does D&B Divisions know where to return our storage items?
- You must indicate on your contract agreement where the item will be sent from
one show to the next to avoid any confusion. Exceptions will be made if
arrangements are made in advance.
